There couldn’t be a better time to think about cheap make up products, as because of Christmas, we not only have to consider cosmetics to make ourselves look beautiful for the party season, but also we need to think about where we can get cheap make up for Christmas gifts!47

In days gone by, we have had to pay ridiculous prices for make up at department stores or boutique’s that sell make up, but now, as long as you know where to look, you can find cheap good quality make up for a fraction of the price.

The first place you can find cheap make up is in discount shops such as Wilkinson’s or the Pound Shop’s as they have past season make up which is still really good quality, for lower prices. But, when you find something you like, make sure you stock up on it as there is no guarantee that it will be there when you run out of said product!

Check out newspapers and magazines, especially the promotional ones that come through the door (otherwise known as junk mail!) as they will often have coupons for cheap make up and other products in smaller shops and businesses as obviously they are trying to encourage new business. But if there are no coupons, just look through the pages anyway, as the shops selling cosmetics generally list their brands and special offers, meaning that you can still grab a bargain.

Many companies give out free samples of cosmetics and other beauty products without needing to buy anything first. Make sure you sign up for e-mails and special offers from your favourite company as they often send out products that are just about to be launched therefore you get the latest cheap make up products for free! I have received hundreds of freebies within the past year by doing this!

Better Abs Workout

There are lots of keep fit myths that continually frustrate people who want to lose belly fat and sculpt their abs. It is vital to separate the truth from the mythology so that you can choose effective workouts for your abs. Turbulence Training shows you how to burn fat and sculpt your muscles so that you can finally get the stomach that you have always wanted.

Myth number 1 – You have to do workouts for abs every day to get results.

46This is absolutely wrong. In reality, many exercise experts today have shown that it is important for you to take a day off in between your abdominal workouts. Your muscles need time to rest, recover, and grow stronger after extreme workouts. Instead of forcing yourself to carry out boring exercises every day, you can obtain better results by using interval training that encourages your body to burn fat and build muscle quickly by training at least three days a week instead of seven.

Myth Number 2 – The additional repetitions you do, the better the results.

This is likely one of the most frustrating myths about abs workouts because it makes people do more work without getting the results that they expect. The truth is that doing hundreds of sit-ups or crunches is not the best way for you to drop weight and sculpt your abs. Turbulence Training uses interval training instead of long, boring sessions of tedious sit-ups.

Increasing the intensity of your workout gives you better results in less time. Think of it this way… Would you lift a small amount of weight 100 times if you were trying to increase your arm muscle size? Of course not. You would lift heavy weights in short sessions. You should apply the same strategy to your abs workouts.
