One day you wake up, you look in the mirror, and you wonder when you started looking so old. I don’t mean old like grandma, just 42998older than you thought. These aging signs start creeping up on us all, and before we know it, they smack us in the face. Is there something you can do about them? The answers is YES, I myself have been where you are, I’ve been searching for skin care tips that would help me reduce my wrinkles, fine lines, and saggy skin, but most of them failed to deliver. I have done a lot of research, and I’ve tried a lot of things, and I have uncovered 3 common sins that pretty much everyone is making that are not getting the results they want, and here they are:

1). Neglecting Diet – Eating a healthy diet should be the foundation of your skin care regime. Your diet should contain A LOT of fruits, and vegetables. They are the ideal food for the human body, and they will not only make your skin glow, but also supercharge your health. Avoid all those processed junk foods, they might be hard to give up, but in the end, do you want to look good, or do you want to eat?

2). Saying No to Exercise – I can hear you! If you think exercising is boring, then you just haven’t found the right exercise form yet. I used to jog, and that was incredibly boring, so I didn’t do it that much. Then I found martial arts, and I love it. I do it anywhere from 3-7 times a week, and not only is my fat melting, but my skin is glowing as well!

3). Not Finding Natural Skincare Products – This is one of the skin care tips that made the biggest difference for me. A big sin made by most people is not putting in the time to research, and finding completely pure skincare products. Most skincare products contain chemicals that are seriously harming your skin. The ingredients in it don’t matter if it contains unnatural ingredients that are toxic to you. With all that said, those are my skin care tips, and those are the sins I see people making. Is your hair damaged looking and not doing the things that you want for it to do?

There are some general hair care tips you will want to be aware of that will help you to repair your hair and also to make sure that your hair does not return to the state it may be in now. It is important to have a head full of good looking hair because people often judge you by the way that you wear your hair, how much hair you have, or the style that your hair is fixed in when they first meet you. If you follow these general tips for hair care then you will love the hair that you have. One of the things that you may want to change is the shampoo that you are using. Many of the shampoo products that are available are made from harmful chemicals that are synthetically blended together to create a formula for you to wash your hair with. There is an alternative that has been around for years but a lot of people are just now starting to consider it as a great option. That option is organic shampoo. This type of shampoo is made out of products that are found growing in nature such as minerals and plants. By switching shampoo products you will be on your way to having a healthy head of hair.

Another general hair care idea is rinsing your hair with cold water. A lot of people do not think to rinse their hair with cold water while they are taking a hot shower. Before you apply the shampoo to your hair the water should be warm or hot in order to open the pores in your head and when you are rinsing the shampoo out of your hair you should use cold water to close those pores back up. This will help your scalp to get the moisture that it needs and will result in less dandruff and less itching. There are a lot of things that you should know about general hair care that will help you to have the type of hair that you want. By following these tips you will be able to have healthy hair that will not fall out or break and you will be able to ensure that your scalp is moist so that your head does not itch or flake up.

Skin Care Tips For Women of All Ages

Is there a single skin care tip that applies to women of all ages? Yes there is. Is it possible to delay signs of aging even if you are over 50’s? Yes it is. Continue to read to the end of this article to find out what you can do to safe guard the youthfulness of your skin into the ripe old age. When I was in my teens I was fortunate enough to meet my 10th grade teacher. She was one of those teachers that looked absolutely glamorous even on her bad days. I always admire the way my teacher dressed and the way she wore make-up. More than once she told us “do not make too strong facial expressions and do not laugh too hard that shows all of your teeth”. Well I did as I was told but I really did not understand exactly why I should not laugh too hard that showed all of my teeth nor why I should not make too strong of my facial expressions.

Years later I found out that if you laugh really hard, lines will be formed on your face at a very early age as well as when you make too strong of facial expressions too often, very likely that you will have deep lines form on your forehead and in the middle of your browse at a very early age also. Some of my friends when they talked, even there were no drama in their speeches, they seem to have permanent frowns on their forehead. Try as they might, the frowns did not go away. They have become habits to some.

So if you are in your 50’s, your chances of reversing lines are probably not as effective. But you can still apply these advices as they are timeless. If you are in your 30’s and are reading this article, see if you can stop your habits of frowning and/or laughing way too hard for your face. If you are in your 20’s and are reading this article, you will want to stop the same habits and also to apply sun screen whether or not you are going to be exposed to the sun. So the single most important skin care tips for women is getting yourself into a habit of using sunscreen for your face and your hands. Use it often and use it way early on in your life. One word of advice about choosing the right sunscreen is to make sure it has zinc oxide in it. Do not use any sun screen that has oxybenzone as its ingredients. Every girls favourite feature is her hair, and we spend lots of time grooming it re styling it and changing its colour. All these things though unfortunately can damage your hair, and lead it to become limp over time. These few hair care tips should help keep your hair looking young and bouncy.kitchen beauty tips

Treat your hair let it dry naturally. When you blow dry straighten, and curl your hair all the heat will cause damage to your hair leaving it dry and brittle. Letting it dry naturally every now and again will help your hair recover from heat damage. It’s a good idea to put your hair in a lose clip or tie it into a loose bun (if your hair is long) when it dries so you will be left with natural volume and waves.

If your hair is oily don’t over wash it. If you wash your hair all the time it’s easier for oil to seep into. This means that actually washing your hair everyday is worse if you have oily hair. When you do wash your hair use a ph balanced shampoo and really wash your hair from the roots. When applying conditioner apply from the middle to the ends, making sure to avoid the roots, as conditioner can cause your hair to become oily.

Dandruff. Dandruff is caused by our skin shedding, as it does everyday and we actually get a new coating of skin around every 28 days. Dandruff becomes a lot more noticeable when one of our natural micro organisms on our scalp irritates our skin, causing it to shed a lot quicker. To help your dandruff it’s a good idea to firstly start by using an anti dandruff shampoo everyday. It’s a good idea to rotate these shampoos so that your scalp doesn’t become immune to the different active ingredients. Another remedy is to use vinegar water to your hair. Just add 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water and rub into your scalp. After leaving it overnight you can wash this out, and the vinegar smell won’t stay as it will evaporate.

Colouring your hair. Colouring your hair is very popular among us girls and can give us a feel of being a new person. But if this is your first time it may be an idea to stick to these few steps. Colour your hair subtle at first this will make sure that you don’t regret any drastic changes. It’s an idea to maybe try a semi permanent dye first to see if you like the colour before you get it dyed permanently. Its best to go to a trained hairdresser to get your hair dyed this will illuminate any home dying mistakes.
